Contact us via e-mail: sales@topazglowdirect.co.uk to let us know you'd like to return, or fill out the form below.
Repack the item with the original tags still attached.
Attach a note with your name and order number inside.
Post back to us with the address we will provide on our e-mail reply.
Use Royal Mail services. Keep your certificate of postage and receipt.
Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund or credit on the same day - please bear in mind a refund takes 2-7 working days, depending on your bank.
Topazglow cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to the parcel whilst in transit.
